01Which LED lighting categories does FLYKAY offer?
FLYKAY engineers seven product series across four categories: Work Light Bars (single-row, high-power, wide-beam, long-format and heavy-duty), Work Lights (compact and 4×4 square), Spot Lights (linear long-range) and Headlights (H4 modules), covering roughly 100 W to 840 W.
02How do I know which series a model belongs to?
Every product page and series block carries a clear Series badge — Series 1–7 for our bar, spot and square families, plus the H4 Series for headlight modules. The Shop-by-Category cards also list the exact series covered, so you can match a model to its family at a glance.
03Do the lights run on 12V and 24V vehicles?
Most work light bars and spot lights operate on 12–24V DC. Featured models support an even wider 9–32V or 9–36V range for mixed fleets. Confirm the model number for its exact voltage rating.
04Can you customize wattage, beam pattern or branding?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM customization including power, colour temperature, beam pattern, housing colour, logo and packaging. Share your specification and our engineers will tailor a solution to your target.
05What is the typical LED colour temperature?
Our standard lighting is 6500–7000K cool white for maximum crisp, daylight-like visibility — ideal for job sites, off-road and vehicle work areas. Alternative colour temperatures are available on request.
06How is quality controlled before shipment?
Every batch passes incoming, in-line and outgoing inspection, including electrical and ageing tests, before leaving our factory — supporting our commitment to stable, high-performance products.
07Are the housings weather-resistant and durable?
The work light series use die-cast aluminium housings with tempered glass lenses, sealed to withstand dust, water and vibration on trucks, trailers and heavy machinery. Detailed IP ratings per model are available from our sales team on request.
08What is the typical LED lifespan?
Our LEDs are designed for a long service life under rated operating conditions, greatly reducing replacement intervals compared to halogen lighting. Ask for the datasheet of a specific model for rated lifetime figures.
09Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Certainly. Sample orders are welcomed so you can evaluate brightness, beam and build quality first. We then confirm pricing and lead times for volume production.
10Do you export internationally?
